- Rebate offer made only to retail consumer purchase within U.S. of qualifying NEW Centerforce® DFX Pressure Plate and Disc combinations, Dual Friction® Pressure Plate and Disc combinations, or Centerforce® Flywheel through authorized Centeforce dealer.
- Rebate offer not valid on replacement parts, service kits, orders placed on E-Bay, other sites or sources supplying used parts, or parts not in original Centerforce packaging.
- Rebate offer limited to two (2) qualifying purchases per household or address. Dealers not qualified for Rebates. Qualifying purchases and Rebate claims may not be assigned, aggregated or otherwise transferred.
- Contact information indicated will be used for mailing of rebate check. Assure Rebate form, ORIGINAL UPC/PN LABEL and Sales Receipt are legible.
