Q: Payment Terms
We accept Master Card, Visa & Discover credit cards for payments. You represent and warrant that: (a.) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (b.) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (c.) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes if any. All payments must be in United States currency. The current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. You agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. We retain a security interest in the products and all proceeds thereof until the full purchase price (including taxes and additional charges) has been paid. Payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time because of exchange rates, changes in shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, and other extenuating circumstances.

Your receipt of electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled you will receive a prompt refund credit to your account. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone, or other type of order, you have entered into a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention. We make every effort to maintain the availability of our site. However, should we experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.
Q: Advertising Disclaimer and Trademarks
The descriptions of products that are posted on our site are representations. We are not responsible for the accuracy of such descriptions, nor are we responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising, or shipping errors. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. All trademarks and registered trademarks relating to products available through our site are the sole property Centerforce.
Q: Centerforce® Limited Warranty (Effective 10/1/19)
Your CENTERFORCE® the product is covered by the Limited Warranty explained below that gives you specific legal rights. This limited warranty is the only warranty Midway Industries, Inc. (hereafter “ Midway” -the distributor/warrantor of these products) makes in connection with your purchase. Midway neither assumes nor authorizes any vendor, retailer, or other person or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with its products or this Limited Warranty.
Q: What Is Covered?
Subject to the terms, exclusions, and limitations herein Midway warrants to the initial retail purchaser (“purchaser”) only that when installed and used on purchaser’s vehicle according to supplied product installation instructions, OE vehicle installation instructions, and/or warnings. The CENTERFORCE® product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 Months as measured from the date of initial retail purchase. THE ITEM MUST HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AT OR ABOVE MAP (MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE) AND THE PURCHASER MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THE PURCHASE RECEIPT OR COMPLETED WARRANTY CARD & RECEIPT ON FILE WITH CENTERFORCE. This Limited Warranty is for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. ALL OTHER EXPRESSES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Your warrantor for these parts is Midway Industries, Inc., 2266 Crosswind Dr., Prescott, AZ 86301. Midway reserves the right to: (a.) require proof of purchase as a condition of this Limited Warranty-please use warranty registration card, (b.) make future revisions to this product or it’s Limited Warranty without obligation to conform existing product or provide the purchaser with prior notice.
Q: What Is Not Covered?
Your CENTERFORCE® Limited Warranty does not cover damage or claims to any component, vehicle, facility, downtime, or person other than the CENTERFORCE® product purchased. Your Limited Warranty does not cover damage or claims to any components CENTERFORCE® determines to have been damaged by or subjected to:
- Installation or use not in accordance with CENTERFORCE® instructions or warnings, OEM installation and maintenance instructions, or accepted ASE guidelines.
- Damage in any part attributable to vehicle systems or components (including electronic stability control) or combination with non- CENTERFORCE® products.
- Normal wear and tear/product deterioration.
- Abuse or use in an incorrect application (including slipping due to excessive torque or racing)
- Accidents, theft, vandalism or other negligent or intentional damage.
Q: Remedy Limited to Repair / Replacement.
The exclusive remedy provided for a product covered under this Limited Warranty shall be, upon Midway’s inspection and option, either repair or replacement (with CENTERFORCE® parts) of the defective part. Any parts repaired or replaced will be considered part of the original product and will not extend the term of Limited Warranty. Customers requesting warranty consideration should first contact Midway customer service (ph. 928/771-8422) to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All removal, shipping, and installation costs are customer’s responsibility.
Other Limitations - Exclusion of Damages - Your Rights Under State Law
In consideration of the purchase price paid, neither Midway nor any independent distributor is responsible for any loss of use or time, rental costs, or for any incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages (whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise) you may have or incur in connection with your vehicle, or your CENTERFORCE® product. Your exclusive remedy hereunder is at Midway’s option repair or replacement as described above.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. For example, while all implied warranties are disclaimed herein, any implied warranty required by law is limited to the duration and other enforceable terms of the Limited Warranty described above. Some states do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts and /or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations and exclusions herein may not apply to you.
