Factory late-model Toyota Tacomas are equipped with an accumulator in the factory clutch hydraulics. This accumulator slows down the rate of release when letting the clutch pedal out, delaying the action between the clutch pedal and when the clutch itself actually engages. This results in a 'lazy' feeling pedal and other undesirable clutch characteristics to some enthusiasts. This simple bolt-in line upgrade eliminates the factory accumulator and restores proper pedal feel, whether the truck is equipped with a Centerforce clutch or the factory clutch.
