New Centerforce ® DYAD ® XDS Twin Disc Clutch, part number 818231520 , is available for 1996-2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 2.0L Turbocharged 4 Cylinder Engine . The pressure plate and casting are made from high quality billet steel. This DYAD XDS solid hub disc pack is equipped with metallic friction material providing increased holding capacity. By using metallic friction materials, these units are capable of withstanding more heat than organic material discs. Due to the aggressive nature of this race inspired clutch, vehicles may experience some chatter and/or floater noise during operation. DYAD XDS clutches are equipped with a lightened billet steel flywheel providing low inertia resulting in quicker RPM’s. A new hydraulic slave cylinder featuring a Jiffy Tite dry disconnect is included. All components are match balanced and ready for installation using the included ARP fasteners.
